We are looking for a person who will work in the position IT manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Systems/Telecommunications or significant experience in an industrial environment
• 5–10 years of experience in IT management for industrial sites or multi-site environments, including security, infrastructure, network, support, and project management deployment is a plus
• Proven experience managing vendors and writing specifications
• International ERP or MES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The availability of infrastructure, workstations, business applications, and daily IT services, by managing user support and service providers
• IT governance: mapping, architecture, policies, technical standards, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Site IT security: risk management, compliance, hardening, audits, vulnerability management, and awareness training
• Managing infrastructure operations: servers, virtualization, backups, networks, IT/OT segmentation, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Managing business requests: qualification, prioritization, drafting specifications, and coordination through to deployment
• IT budget management: monitoring expenses, contract management, cost optimization, and CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs
• Drive  digitalization initiatives and process automation across department
• Support for digitalization continuous improvement, and strategic alignment between business needs and the group's IT management

SKILLS

• Strong expertise in IT security, network infrastructure, and industrial environments (IT/OT)
• Knowledge of information systems, virtualization, backups, and monitoring
• Multi-project management, ITSM/ITIL, drafting specifications, and managing service providers
• Good understanding of data governance (classification, access, quality)
• Team management
• English language
• Ability to analyze business needs and propose relevant and secure solutions
