IT Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage several vendors across our portfolio (for example Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco, HPE ...),
• Working with the tools of the assigned vendor (configurators, certifications, marketing...),
• Taking care of projects involving SW/HW of the assigned vendors,
• Negotiate and ensure the most favorable prices and conditions with distributors and vendors.
• Makes a projection and forms prices that include final costs (import, customs, tax, delivery...),
• Analysis and comparison of received offers from suppliers,
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors
• Plans and coordinates marketing activities in cooperation with vendors and the marketing department and projects the budget for specific marketing activities,
• Organize and deliver internal trainings (quarterly) for colleagues about new solutions and updates from assigned vendors
• Communicate and collaborate with distributors, as well as internal teams across different departments.
• Coordinate and communicate product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery,
• Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables,
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Advanced vocational school/ Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably previous experience in IT sales or product management (internships or 1–3 years of experience are an advantage).
• Proactive attitude, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of work time.
