IT Section Manager

HSL-FEKA Automotive d.o.o, a growing company in the automotive lighting industry, is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Section Manager to lead and develop our IT operations and infrastructure.

Job Description:

The IT Section Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. This role plays a key part in aligning IT strategy with business objectives and supporting production continuity in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement IT strategy in line with company goals
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks)
• Ensure system availability, performance, and data security
• Maintain IT security in accordance with ISMS (ISO 27001 standards)
• Support business systems (ERP, EDI, production and logistics systems)
• Lead IT projects, system integrations, and digitalization initiatives
• Manage IT budget, procurement processes, and external vendors
• Provide user support, training, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and audits
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes and systems

Leadership & Responsibilities:

• Lead, organize, and develop the IT team
• Make decisions regarding IT architecture and technologies
• Approve system changes, configurations, and implementations
• Collaborate with top management and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing/automotive industry)
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, ERP systems, and IT security
• Experience with ISO standards, especially ISO 27001
• Advanced English language skills (German/French/Italian is a plus)
