Job description
- First line response to IT related requests from the clients
- Following up realization of support request in timely manner
- Proactively monitor and respond to events and incidents in the software and network monitoring systems
- Interact with customers to provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services
- Follow defined processes and procedures
- Accurately process and record customers’ communication
- Configuration, installation, maintenance of various software components.
Job requirements
- University degree (BSc/MSc) in Electro technics, Electronics, IT, Mathematics, Organizational Science
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Experience in working with virtualization technologies
- Good understanding and knowledge of TCP / IP and basic network protocols (DNS, FTP, SSH, SFTP)
- Good understanding and knowledge of Linux and/or Microsoft based software/work environment.

- Ability to guide users to the solution of technical issues
- Ability to clearly document and articulate technical issues in English
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn

Nice to have
- Previous relevant experience of 1 year
- Maintenance of virtual infrastructure and basic support in the operation of network infrastructure
- Working knowledge of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks
- Basic C# programming skills or modern web tools
- Knowledge of SWIFT technology
- Experience in the financial sector.
