Position Summary

This role is ideal for recent graduates and ambitious individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working with people. As an IT Support, you will support U.S.-based clients through calls, emails, chat, and various digital tools used in daily operations.

You do not need to be a senior IT expert — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and learn quickly. You will receive training and hands-on experience while working in English every day.

• Communicate daily with U.S. clients via calls, email, and chat
• Assist users with software tools and digital platforms
