IT Support Specialist

Based in Belgrade

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support business users and internal teams in resolving application and system-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business systems, and communicating with users.

What You’ll Do:

Provide application and system support to business users
Analyze and resolve user requests within agreed timelines
Maintain and update support documentation and ticketing systems
Assist with application changes and system maintenance
Perform security checks based on internal guidelines
Train users on business applications and systems
Support small to medium IT projects
Work closely with other IT teams

What We’re Looking For:

Advanced English skills
Basic knowledge of .NET, C#, and SQL Server
Familiarity with ITIL and basic project management
Good MS Office skills
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
