IT Support - System Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized IT Support - System Administrator to join our team.

What you will do:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Set up and maintain laptop and desktop computers
• Administer user accounts (creation, modification, and deactivation for staff and students)
• Manage IT assets (inventory of equipment, software, and licenses)
• Maintain and administer the school network (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Ensure system, data, and device security (antivirus, firewall, access control)
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical support to users
• Update operating systems and applications
• Maintain and support classroom IT equipment (projectors, smart boards, etc.)
• Administer and maintain educational platforms (e.g., Moodle)
• Document IT procedures and systems
• Train staff on the use of IT equipment and software
• Provide technical support to the marketing team and assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
• Update and manage website content (WordPress)
• Support SEO improvements (keywords, on-page updates, content structure)
• Assist in setting up and maintaining tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager)
• Support execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sciences or equivalent experience in the IT field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or System Administration role
• Ability to provide support via email, messaging apps (e.g., Viber), and face-to-face communication
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, SEO, GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager
• Knowledge of design tools is considered a plus
• Compliance with company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to the no-smoking policy in the workplace
