Your Responsibilities
Employee IT support
- You coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including equipment preparation and handling.
- You manage our IT inventory and availability of essential hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals).
- You provide responsive L1 support to global staff
- You collaborate with external IT partners to procure or repair hardware.
- You handle license management for the tools and applications used by CIIB employees.
System Support
- You ensure that IT tools and our IT ecosystem function in accordance with the business plan
- You are admin of our MS 365 package
- Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services and endpoint management
- You proactively identify potential technical or process-related issues and resolve them before they escalate.
- Support SharePoint Online environments, including site configuration, user access issues, management of sensitivity labels.
- You maintain and update documentation on IT setups, workflows, and best practices.
- You are responsible for internal system security support and documentation.
Internal software support
- You support maintenance of our internal software tool
- You support both internal and external users in their work processes
- You participate in testing new features and provide feedback
- You support the process of further tool development initiatives
- You actively participate in pilot projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven IT experience: Background in IT support, system administration, or a comparable role.
Microsoft 365 expertise: Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user creation, license management, security settings) as well as Teams and Outlook. - Hardware and troubleshooting skills: Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops, monitors, peripherals, and operating systems.
- External partner coordination: Ability to collaborate with external IT service providers for repairs, setup, and specialized technical support.
- Asset management: Competence in documenting and tracking IT equipment
- Problem solving: You are proactive and independent in identifying and solving challenges and problems within the company
- Open and innovative thinking: You are brave to explore and bring new ideas, test solutions and contribute to the evolution of our system and our software.
- Effective communication: Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong attention to detail.
- Language skills: Serbian and English language proficiency is required. German will be considered as a plus.
- AI skills: Foundational or advanced knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g. generative AI, machine learning) and the ability to apply these technologies to solve business problems.
