As a member of the Global IT Workplace team in Belgrade, you will provide 3rd-level support for IT colleagues worldwide, focusing on endpoint management topics such as Windows and MacOS management, Patch Management, Configuration Management, and task automation. Collaborating with colleagues from Tallinn (Estonia), Hamburg (Germany), and the USA, you will develop, test, implement, and evaluate new solutions, improve existing processes, and resolve problems as they arise. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.
How you create impact
Increase endpoint security by implementing best practices for protecting applications and devices from various threats, implementing security policies or configurations based on company security baselines (ADDS GPOs and Intune Configuration Policies). Endpoint Patch and Vulnerability Management of operating systems and standard applications for the IT workplace portfolio. Building, testing and deploying configuration policies. Providing 3rd-level technical support in remote device management. Automation of daily tasks by scripting (PowerShell, BashShell). Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and determining the best solution based on the issue and provided details. Creating/updating documentation to ensure historical retention (user guides, admin guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick reference guides). Researching, evaluating, and remaining up to date on emerging tools, techniques, and IT technologies and working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment.
What we would like you to bring
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum high school degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Management of Microsoft operating systems
- At least 3 years of experience with managing M365 products (Intune, MECM, Entra, M365 Apps, Certificate services, ADDS, LDAP, GPO, Intune configuration profiles)
- Proficiency in PowerShell (scripting and automation)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to effectively understand and explain problems and solutions.
- Knowledge of network protocols (IPv4, DNS, DHCP, FW).

- MS Graph (Azure API)
- Knowledge of Windows installer technologies and packaging tools
- Exposure to Linux OS (RHEL)
- Exposure to Databases
- General/Multi-purpose programming skills
- GIT experience and basic understanding
