About the Role

VINCI Construction Grands Projets is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support Accounting activities on an international construction project in Serbia.
Reporting to the Accounting department you will be involved in daily accounting operations and administrative tasks, working in close collaboration with international teams. This position offers strong exposure to a global working environment within a human-sized project structure.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

• Receive, review, and validate incoming invoices through electronic invoicing systems
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial documentation
• Record, organize, and archive accounting documents in line with internal procedures
• Support daily accounting operations and administrative financial activities
• Liaise with internal departments to collect required information and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Profile & Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in accounting or HR is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with electronic invoice processing systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent or very good command of English is mandatory, as the working environment is international and English is used on a daily basis
