Job description:

• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to confirm revenues and establish transfer pricing
• Validate subsidiary orders and AR balances
• Support AR colleagues and ensure compliance with ASC606 standards
• Perform SOX testing and manage U.S. Sales tax requirements
• Code subsidiary invoices and handle intercompany recharges
• Validate and analyze financial statements of certain subsidiaries
• Calculate and analyze backlog. Calculate deferred revenues for subsidiaries
• Prepare sales reports, orders by country, commissionaires and AR-1 reports.
• Post certain general ledger entries in NAV and enter FX rates in Salesforce

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Functional English proficiency
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Salesforce is an asset
• Bilingual in French is an advantage
