Role Overview

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on precision and process? We are looking for a Junior Change Management Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our technical data, ensuring that every engineering change is executed flawlessly within our ERP system (D365).

You will act as the bridge between engineering, production, quality, and purchasing. If you have a "detective’s eye" for inconsistencies and enjoy the satisfaction of maintaining perfectly organized technical systems, this is the perfect environment for you to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support processing of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Create and maintain product master data in D365, including BOMs, item numbers, routings, revisions, and lifecycle states
• Collaboration in change-management and responsibility for product maintenance measures on the Regent portfolio
• Assist engineers with documentation and CAD updates, following established standards
• Support purchasing and production teams with supplier updates, alternates, and change implementation
• Follow defined procedures, notice inconsistencies, and escalate unclear information
• Maintain traceability of product changes and revisions across systems

Requirements

• Education: Technical High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical field
• Experience: Proven experience in engineering support, change management, production support, and ERP administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Comfortable following procedures and structured workflows
• Open to feedback and uses it to improve quality
• Reliable, steady, and consistent in task execution
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems (D365 preferred) and CAD is a plus
