Junior Cloud Core Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Technical Project Director and/or the Core Department in system and equipment commissioning, acceptance procedures, and technical implementation solutions.
• Assists the Technical Project Director and/or the Core Department in maintaining professional communication with clients and subcontractors, serving as an internal interface within the company (R&D, support centers, etc.).
• Responsible for technical implementation, including troubleshooting, daily installation activities, software configuration, service interruptions, upgrades, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Provides technical support to the sales process.
• Maintains operations and documentation within all relevant Huawei IT systems.
• Works closely with the Technical Lead and Project Manager in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above related to Telecommunication Technology, Computer Science & Technology, Information Technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and be prepared to work in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment with fluency in English and ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Linux (Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware).
• Strong understanding of Networking: TCP/IP, VPC, and VPN/VPN technologies
