What you can expect:

As a Digital Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to create meaningful digital experiences for hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll be involved from the first sketches and prototypes all the way to polished UI. This role is a chance to explore, experiment, and contribute to real projects while learning from an experienced product and design team.

What you’ll do:

• Support the design and iteration of user interfaces (UI, UX) for mobile and web applications, focusing on creating visually appealing and user-friendly layouts
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups alongside senior designers and product owners
• Ensure UI and UX consistency across channels and products by following design systems and style guides
• Collect and analyze customer insights from internal and external sources to inform design decisions
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to understand industry trends, competitor products, and best practices
• Create compelling interactive prototypes together with Product Designers and Product Owners to effectively communicate design ideas
• Regularly conduct usability tests to gather and share customer feedback with cross-functional teams
• Participate actively in Design Thinking and product discovery sessions to contribute ideas and learn from the process
• Continuously learn and experiment with new AI/UI/UX methods, tools, and best practices to build better experiences

What you bring:

• Faculty degree
• 1+y of experience in designing digital products, preferably in banking area
• Experience with popular design and prototyping tools
• Experience with creation of Mobile and Web apps
• Experience with Figma, Figma make, Canva, and Miro will be considered a huge plus
• Good understanding and use of AI
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Good written and spoken English
• A portfolio that demonstrates how you work and think, not just how your designs look will be considered a plus
