We are looking for a Junior HR Manager in Serbia to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department by maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (contracts, annexes), and updating internal databases. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Tasks that await you

Employee lifecycle management
You will oversee hiring, transfers, and terminations in compliance with Serbian labor law. 

Documentation and records
You will prepare and update contracts, agreements, and personnel orders, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Advisory and reporting
You will provide guidance on labor legislation, support internal HR audits, and prepare required HR reports.

We expect that you

  • Know Serbian and Russian (English is a plus)
  • Have experience in HR administration or office/document management (records administration)
  • Are willing to develop your career in personnel records management (HR documentation)
  • Are a confident Excel user
  • Have experience with HR software (HRIS) (preferred)
  • Are familiar with Serbian labor laws (preferred)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or a related field
