About this role:

We are looking for a motivated, open-minded, and proactive Project Managers to join our growing team in Loznica. This is a great opportunity for young talents and students who want to build a career in project management and engineering within an international manufacturing environment. No matter if you’re just starting out — we provide training, mentorship, and real hands-on project experience.

What You Will Do:

• Support project planning and production process development, from idea to mass production.
• Participate in machine purchasing, layout planning, and manpower planning for new projects.
• Assist in creating and tracking debugging and CTF plans.
• Help prepare and maintain key documents such as Control Plans, SOPs, and PFMEA.
• Support training of production teams and help create simple training and evaluation materials.
• Take part in PPAP audits and support product and 4M change processes after SOP.
• Assist in solving quality issues and improving production processes together with engineering and quality teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students, graduates, or no experince professionals in engineering, technical, or project-related fields
• Basic understanding or strong interest in project management and manufacturing/automotive processes
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Open-minded, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Interest in quality tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP (experience is a plus, but not required — we train!)
