We are looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Sales Associate to join our growing team in Novi Sad and kick-start a career in international IT sales.

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced Sales and Marketing colleagues, gaining hand-on experience in international B2B sales, learning how to identify opportunities, approach international clients, and present software solutions with confidence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across international markets;
• Actively support lead generation and outreach campaigns;
• Present our software solutions through calls, demos, and online meetings;
• Participate in the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships;
• Contribute to sales materials, presentations, and campaigns;
• Take part in video content, product presentations, and webinars;
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities;
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience;
• Represent the company at events and conferences when needed

Skills and Experience

• University degree completed or in the final year (Economics, Management, Technical or similar);
• Fluent English (written & spoken);
• Strong interest in sales, technology, and SaaS products;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset;
• Confidence in interacting with clients and presenting ideas;
• Structured and organized approach to work;
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable being visible in meetings, demos, and video formats;
• Driver’s license (B category) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel occasionally;
• Previous experience is not required – we value potential and motivation
