We’re looking for a Junior Sales Developer to join our team - someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and thrives on building pipeline through research, smart targeting, and high-quality outreach.

This role is all about execution: finding the right companies, identifying key decision-makers, and crafting messages that actually get responses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build highly targeted lead lists based on ICPs (industries, roles, company size, geography).
  • Conduct deep company and contact research to identify high-potential prospects and personalized entry points.
  • Design and execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling if relevant).
  • Develop and continuously improve messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies based on performance data.
  • Identify trigger events (expansions, supply chain changes, etc.) to prioritize outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on ideal customer profiles and campaign strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance.
  • Maintain clean and structured CRM data.
  • Test new tools, channels, and automation approaches to improve lead generation efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

  • Up to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, market research, or similar roles (B2B or SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong research skills - ability to identify the right companies, decision-makers, and relevant insights.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tools is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable analyzing outreach performance and iterating based on results.
  • High attention to detail and structured way of working (CRM hygiene, tracking, notes).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in an execution-focused role.
  • Curiosity about industries and ability to quickly understand different business models.
