The implementation of the sales strategy through the excellent management of existing corporate client accounts and the development of new ones in the country of responsibility and the development of trust professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous direct communication with clients and efficient account management in the area of responsibility to close profitable agreements (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Slovenia)
  • Mapping new markets, approaching new potential clients and closing profitable agreements
  • Drafting and sending offers to customers according to their requirements and needs and performing follow up communication
  • Continuous collaboration and exchange of information with Service Engineers regarding customer management issues
  • Following internal bureaucratic procedures for sales management reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
  • Participation in sector exhibitions and intensive corporate training
  • Self-assessment of annual performance and regular co-operation with the Managing Director for the implementation of a personal development plan.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in the Technical Field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of the spoken language in the country of responsibility (mother tongue)
  • Driver’s license, category B, minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Ability to adopt new skills and knowledge thru intensive training program (corporate and abroad)
  • (desired) Knowledge of Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a relevant sales or sales support position
  • Sales of industrial packaging equipment or packaging materials will be considered as an advantage
  • (desired) Previous experience in providing technical service

  • Home office
  • Travelling throughout area of responsibility visiting customers
