Key account coordinator

based in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Main responsibilities of the role are: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesalers in Serbia, Bosnia, N. Macedonia and Montenegro, building trust-based relationships
  • Monitor stock levels, handle distributor requests, and work with logistics to ensure timely product delivery
  • Achieve sales targets through an effective key account management approach
  • Develop and actively review account plans enabling optimal use of internal and external resources to drive sales uplift
  • Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and provide regular reports on account activities
  • Effective cross-functional working across all departments
  • Maintain a high level of territory knowledge, including proactively gaining competitor intelligence and insights to maximize opportunities for the products

 The successful candidate should have: 

  • Business or science related university degree
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the pharma industry
  • Advanced collaboration and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Excellent IT skills
