Your Role - End to end process
Workforce Reception & Onboarding
- Receive workers upon arrival and confirm accommodation and site allocation
- Explain house rules, site rules, attendance expectations, and conduct standards
- Coordinate PPE distribution and basic operational setup
- Confirm workers understand whom to contact for daily issues
Daily Workforce Control
- Track daily attendance and site presence
- Follow up immediately on absences or late arrivals
- Coordinate with site supervisors and foremen
- Maintain updated workforce status (present / absent / sick / transferred)
Worker Support & Problem Solving
- Act as first contact for worker concerns (site, accommodation, transport, payment-related questions)
- Identify dissatisfaction early and resolve issues before escalation
- Coordinate transfers, site changes, or replacements when required
- Balance worker wellbeing with site discipline
Discipline & Stability Management
- Enforce rules related to conduct, attendance, and accommodation
- Issue warnings and corrective actions when necessary
- Escalate serious or repeated breaches to Recruitment and Risk & Security
- Act immediately in cases of conflict, alcohol abuse, or site violations
Site & Accommodation Monitoring
- Conduct regular visits to sites and accommodation
- Check compliance with house rules and safety standards
- Identify early signs of fatigue, conflict, or risk of absconding
- Coordinate corrective actions with landlords and transport providers
Reporting & Coordination
- Report daily workforce status to Recruitment Manager
- Share risk indicators with Risk & Security
- Document incidents, absences, and interventions
- Support investigations related to disappearances or contract breaches
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues and propose operational improvements
- Improve onboarding, discipline, and retention practices
- Share field insights with recruitment teams
- Build trust with workers while maintaining authority
You Bring
- Experience in labor management, site supervision, workforce operations, or logistics
- Strong authority combined with fairness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in the field and handle difficult situations calmly
- Experience working with foreign workers is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of site rules, accommodation management, and basic labor law
- Basic level of English language
