This is a role for someone who wants to establish a way of working that can support a high volume of hires, demanding profiles, and a much sharper standard for candidate assessment. What Awaits You

  • Leading and improving the recruitment system to support the company’s next phase of growth.
  • Establishing clearer selection logic, assessment criteria, and decision-making frameworks for hiring.
  • Partnering with managers to ensure hiring requirements are more precise, realistic, and better aligned with the actual needs of the teams.
  • Bringing order and consistency to the entire process, from profile definition to the final decision.
  • Reducing reliance on external agencies where the company can and should take greater control over talent acquisition.
  • Managing processes for diverse profiles, including highly demanding positions and international hiring (including PhD-level talent) when necessary.
  • Connecting recruitment with onboarding, growth plans, training systems, and other People operations so that hiring is part of a larger whole rather than an isolated activity.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and adjusting the approach whenever the data suggests a need for improvement.
  • Helping the company grow not just faster, but better, with superior talent selection and better process control.

You likely have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing complex hiring processes, and you aren’t satisfied with just “getting through” the day – you want the process to be simpler, more efficient, and higher quality. It is important to us that you understand the difference between fast hiring and good hiring, and that you can balance volume, quality, and real business needs.

You are someone who knows how to talk to managers, challenge them when a profile isn’t well-defined, and recognize where a process is losing quality – then turn that insight into a better way of working. It is not critical whether you come from an in-house function or an agency background. What matters is your ability to connect candidate assessment, decision quality, and the long-term logic of company growth.
