There are companies where training is a secondary task. That is not the case here. When an industry grows rapidly, when innovative technologies carry immense weight, and when work quality cannot afford to slip, it is no longer enough for knowledge to be passed along "on the fly" - from person to person or shift to shift. That is why we need a leader for our internal training center, competency systems, and employee development, ensuring the company can scale in a stable, controlled manner without relying on improvisation.
This is not a role for someone who wants to handle the logistics of training or manage a calendar. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to define a clear path for people development, a qualification and certification system, and a modern competency model that will be used in real-world operations. The essence of this role is not to create "just another training program," but to establish a foundation that can carry the next phase of growth and become a vital pillar of the company. In a business directly tied to the future of energy, this is a serious undertaking.
What Awaits You
- Establishing a stable and repeatable training system capable of supporting company growth.
- Defining a clear training structure, learning sequences, and responsibilities across different parts of the program.
- Introducing qualification and certification rules for operating equipment and managing critical processes.
- Creating a record-keeping system so that, at any moment, it is clear who is qualified for what and what their next development step is.
- Developing a competency system that clearly outlines what each role must know and do, how that knowledge is acquired, and when someone is ready for independent work.
- Linking competencies to hiring, onboarding, employee development, and internal promotion.
- Building and developing a network of internal trainers from production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
- Planning training capacity so that learning does not become a bottleneck when growth accelerates.
- Tracking key metrics, such as certification pass rates and the time required for new hires to reach full autonomy.
- Iterating on content and approach whenever practical results show that a method isn’t delivering.
Your Foundations
- A system that already has a solid base and now needs to expand to sustain the next growth phase.
- A team that understands this domain is critical and that a stable scale-up is impossible without it.
- Direct collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Management.
- The autonomy to set standards rather than just administering the status quo.
- A project of real magnitude – because without a system like this, even the most advanced technology cannot develop fast enough or well enough.
Your Profile
You will thrive in this role if you are drawn to building actual systems rather than just maintaining activities. You likely have experience leading training, employee development, or qualification systems in a production or innovation-driven environment. You understand the vast difference between someone “attending a training” and someone being truly ready to work independently and safely.
We need a person who can talk to technical experts across various functions, grasp the core of their knowledge, and translate it into a clear, usable, and sustainable system. It is not essential that you come from a traditional HR background, it is more important that you can bridge the gap between standards, operational reality, people development, and systemic discipline.
What You Will Also Get
- A significant level of influence over a domain that directly determines the company’s growth stability.
- The opportunity to build something lasting that will be used for years, rather than working on short-term tasks.
- Working close to the operations, the decisions, and the people delivering real results.
- A role where the footprint of your work is clearly visible.
- A place in a serious, non-generic tech story with a purpose beyond the daily grind.
- Excellent space for professional development and advancement.
Important for This Role
Like all positions here directly linked to operations, this role is on-site. We need a person who wants to be close to the processes, the people, and the real challenges, as a system like this cannot be built from a distance.
