Thrive Talent Solutions helps fast-growing US (and global) businesses hire exceptional talent from Southeastern Europe. We’re expanding our internal team and looking for a combo of an organized, creative, and a proactive Lead Generation and Marketing Associate to help grow our business.
To perform well, you need to be a person who doesn’t mind (and prefers) a jack-of-all trades type of role. You will have direct influence on company positioning and growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and build systems proactively. You will be a one-man lead generation & marketing team, working on and executing the company’s strategy in direct collaboration with the founders.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation (40%)
- Create outbound content for both email and LinkedIn channels
- Prepare, setup and execute on outbound campaigns for both channels
- Seek out and reach out to leads with existing (current) hiring needs
- Automate lead generation efforts by using tools such as Dripify and Instantly
- Collaborate with founders and proactively seek out sales-related feedback to continuously improve reachout cadence and quality
- Independently handle initial communication with qualified leads (call scheduling and initial relationship building)
General Marketing (40%)
- Complete ownership of the established LinkedIn channel (organic only: posts, comments)
- Expand marketing efforts by setting up and working on new social media (and other) marketing channels (organic only)
- Maintain, reinforce and build relationships with existing, warm lead lists already in the CRM via email newsletter campaigns, promotions, and other means
- Structure, introduce, prepare and execute educational (and other) webinars to promote talent expertise and facilitate long-term market positioning
- Prepare all the necessary marketing materials
- Collaborate with founders and proactively propose next-step marketing strategies
Sales Support (20%)
- Conduct continuous and timely CRM maintenance
- Work on research that will directly support the founders’ sales efforts
- Prepare sales documents (i.e. case studies)
- Take on some of the easier client communication (written at first)
Long-term Growth Opportunities
Grow into one of the two more senior roles:
Senior Marketing Role: own the entire marketing effort independently and on a full-time basis, bringing the entire scope of marketing activities to a more mature level.
Senior Sales Role: own your lead pipeline and book of business, handling beginning-to-end sales and attending in-person B2B events in the US and beyond.
Qualifications
Important:
- Experience working on client communication & relationships in an English-speaking market, such as US, CA, UK, AU. (local experience is not relevant)
- Experience working in sales & marketing in a service-first, B2B environment (retail & physical product experience is not relevant)
- Outstanding written and verbal English skills
- Automation experience (in lead generation) by using Dripify or a similar software
- Content writing experience (in English)
- Ability to use AI (ChatGPT) in the right way: as an outstanding support tool
- Organic marketing experience (paid marketing experience is not relevant)
- CRM ownership and maintenance experience
- Combo of an organized and a creative/communicative personality
- Enjoying the jack-of-all-trades type of role
Optional:
- Willingness to travel abroad (primarily the US) for in-person, B2B events
- Basic design skills
