JOB DESCRIPTION

As Lead PM, you'll be the senior voice in our project management function — setting standards, coaching our team of project managers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll lead by example, drive process improvement, and be the escalation point when projects need strong direction.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of junior-to-mid-level project managers
• Define and standardize PM processes, templates, and best practices across the team
• Oversee project portfolios, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex or at-risk projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project priorities with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the PM team
• Report on portfolio health, risks, and KPIs to management
• Own commercial oversight for the project portfolio, including revenue, cost, and margin tracking
• Ensure administrative accuracy and data integrity within CRM systems

 Skills and Competencies  

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior PM role
• Proven track record of managing and developing PM teams
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client or multi-project environment
• Comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in technology services, IT staffing, or infrastructure sectors
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Ticket System, and vendor-specific portals
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
