Job Description:► Responsible for enhancing the competencies on individual/group level ► Identifying training needs and developing Yearly Training plan on the Plant level ► Organizing, coordinating and supporting conduction of training programs ► Managing all phases of training sessions ► Supporting the internal training functions within the company ► Delivering trainings and moderating workshops ►Acclimating new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions ► Assessing training effectiveness ► Supporting training and development projects ► Supporting Training line process on the Shopfloor ► Communication with Department Leaders in the Plant via monthly meetings and defining specific training needs if needed ► Supporting Audits in the Plant | Qualifications:► Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Training Specialist or similar role ► Previous experience in delivering trainings and moderating workshops ► Well-organized and detail oriented ► Excellent communication skills ► Self-driven ► Fluency in English language |
