Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate is responsible for supporting the leasing activities of portfolio, ensuring high occupancy levels and maximizing rental income.

This role involves prospecting, supporting in negotiating lease agreements, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and brokers
• Prepare and negotiate lease proposals, renewals, and amendments in line with company standards
• Assist in marketing and leasing office spaces within the portfolio
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and brokers to support and ensure tenant attraction for the portfolio 
• Address tenant inquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, and occupancy forecasts, keeping records of leasing  administration 
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all leasing activities in system
• Work closely with the rest of commercial to ensure smooth lease execution and tenant onboarding
• Assist senior leasing staff in strategic initiatives and portfolio optimization

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 1–3 years of experience on similar jobs
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems or familiar software is a plus
