Legal Associate – Operational & Case Support

I am looking for a Legal Associate to work closely with me in a demanding legal practice focused on international law and human rights, extradition, business crime, and compliance-related matters, especially corporate governance, anti-corruption and ESG.

This is a hands-on role.

It involves real casework, real deadlines and real responsibility — not academic research in isolation.

The work combines legal drafting and research with direct operational involvement in active matters before courts and public authorities.

You should be comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift during the day and where composure under pressure matters.

The role includes:

• drafting structured legal submissions and policy papers
• researching domestic and comparative practice
• communicating with courts and state authorities
• attending courts and institutions when required
• supporting active matters, including detention-related and time-sensitive situations

Profile sought:

• Law degree completed
• Strong written English
• Clear and precise legal writing
• Practical understanding of the domestic court environment
• High level of responsibility and discipline
• Willingness to engage in the operational realities of legal practice

An LL.M. or international exposure is welcome, but not required. A bar exam is not mandatory.

This position is suited to someone motivated by meaningful legal work and professional standards rather than titles alone.
