About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Legal Specialist to perform Human Resources activities in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia and relevant corporate requirements in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager across all HR areas (employment relations, personnel records, compensation and benefits, administration, and training);
• Maintaining and updating employee personnel files and HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data;
• Preparing employment related documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, written warnings and disciplinary measures, termination decisions);
• Drafting and publishing internal announcements, decisions, and other official documents;
• Monitoring changes in the organizational structure and maintaining and updating the rulebook on organization and job classifications;
• Participating in development, implementation, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures;
• Continuously monitoring labor law regulations and informing Human resources manager and General manager about relevant legislative changes.

Qualifications

• Faculty of Law;
• Active knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Law on personal data protection, and related legislation;
• Proficiency in computer skills – MS Office;
• Preferred knowledge of SAP and Workday;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
