For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Live Casino Surveillance and Compliance Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor live casino games to ensure fair play and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards;
Spot unusual behavior or suspicious activity and document incidents accurately;
Gather evidence, review video footage, and create clear, detailed investigation reports;
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to protect game integrity;
Provide guidance and support to Surveillance Operators, helping the team handle complex situations;
Suggest enhancements to surveillance tools, workflows, and training programs to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven track record in iGaming or related surveillance roles, with senior-level experience preferred;
Strong understanding of Live Casino operations, associated risks, and compliance requirements;
Ability to mentor, guide, and support team members in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent attention to detail, decision-making, and risk assessment capabilities;
Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 operation;
Strong English communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and comfortable with surveillance software and monitoring systems.
