Load Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the load control process for all allocated flights.
• Performing all Weight & Balance calculations.
• Issuing and updating all documentation for the complete handling process, including loading instruction and load sheet.
• Ensuring the safe distribution of passengers and load and consider fuel-efficiency when preparing loading instructions.
• Checking the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo, and mail.
• Ensuring that load distribution takes place according to airlines respective manuals.
• Ensuring flights are handled and loaded according to all safety regulations.
• Verifying that actual load distribution after Ramp Clearance takes place according to airline manual.
• Coordinating and communicating with station or airline departments involved in the flight handling process via agreed channels if required.
• Notifying and reporting flight deck about possible last-minute changes after final load sheet or any irregularity that occur during the flight handling process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum High school degree
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
• High computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
• Good understanding of technical aspects to the work
• Clear methodical way of working
• Relevant working experience with airline of related industry would be considered as an advantage
• Readiness to work from the office, in shifts, including weekends and night shifts
