For our team in Serbia we are seeking a:
LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
ABOUT THE POSITION
WWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our Supply Chain — taking ownership of day-to-day logistics tasks including import coordination, inventory, SAP operations, and regulatory reporting.
You will work closely with and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager, helping free up strategic capacity while building your own expertise in HoReCa environment., where dynamics are high and every product and client has their own story.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Import & Goods Management:
- Organize and coordinate all import activities — prepare documentation, translate invoices, verify received quantities and prices
- Post imported goods and fixed assets in SAP
- Collaborating with Intercompany and local suppliers
- Place orders with local suppliers
- Prepare import declarations and certificates; monitor compliance of original product packaging
- Assemble product sets
Inventory Management & SAP Operations:
- Monitor inventory levels daily in SAP and in Handheld devices in the field
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Post surpluses and shortages from stock counts.
- Track goods in transit
- Prepare monthly and year-end inventory reports
- Prepare inventory age structure analysis
Regulatory Compliance:
- Order, prepare and organize the application of excise stamps (“akcizne markice”) on products
- Compile and submit quarterly reports to the Ministry of Finance
- Submit quarterly packaging reports and fixed assets reports
- Report excise (“akciza”) goods inventory status to the Tax Administration
Reporting & Administration:
- Create and maintain master data records in SAP
- Complete sales-by-product reports for forecasting purposes
- Verify and update pricing from the global price list
- Prepare documentation for annual stock counts and audits
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Education and Experience:
- University, College or Highschool degree in economics, logistics, or a related field
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in logistics, import operations, or inventory management (1-2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with customs and excise (“akcizna roba”) regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in FMCG, HoReCa or B2B sales is an advantage
