Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, storing, verifying all import customs declarations and reporting to the freight forwarder in case of errors or certain deviations
• Providing information and taking over communication to business units in order to obtain correct documentation as well as correction of errors of origin
• Monitoring the booking of new transports, as well as assistance for all business units
• Updating new routes and prices for all modes of transport for all business units
• Updating new freight rates for all business units
• Receiving and controlling freight reports
• Creating reports to the free zone and delivering the same
• By order of the superior, performs other tasks that, taking into account the organization of the Employer's activities, internal rules and orders of the Employer, as well as the rules and standards of the profession, are part of his work obligations

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in operating computers and software, including MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Familiarity with material handling equipment pallet jack, and other equipment is preferred
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
