We are hiring a Remote Logistics Coordinator/Freight Broker on behalf of one of our U.S.-based clients, a growing logistics and moving company under the Armstrong family of companies. This offshore teammate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing and updating orders, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers over the phone. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain customer orders within internal systems;
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries according to project timelines;
  • Contact customers via phone to confirm delivery windows and service appointments;
  • Communicate with dispatch and operations teams as needed,
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM or logistics software;
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support logistics and moving operations;

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ year of experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or administrative support;
  • If you do not have experience in this area, and you are willing to learn amd grow, you are welcome to our company;
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident phone communicator;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through;
  • Tech-savvy – experience with scheduling or order management software a plus;
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred);
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude;
