Logistics Dispatch Intern

Job Description

Monitors orders on a daily basis and organizes timely deliveries
Responsible for free of charge deliveries
Informs the recipient in a timely manner about the quantity of delivery
Responsible for customs clearance of exported goods that have been shipped
Creates documentation for delivery related to special needs (e.g. customs regulations, taxes...).
Prepares documentation for delivery in relation to the client's requirements
Continuously monitors deviations in the customs clearance and transport process and proposes measures to prevent them

Qualification

Basic knowledge of logistics processes
Fluency in English language
MS office package
SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
