What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing logistics and scheduling of high-end vehicle services
Coordinating with drivers and clients to ensure timely and seamless rides
Responding to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Troubleshooting in real-time and adapting quickly to changes
Ensuring service quality meets the highest standards

What we're looking for::

Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent/Advanced English - a must
Willingness to work night and late afternoon shifts (Serbian time), including weekends
Calm under pressure and solution-focused mindset
