We are looking for a:

Maintenance Coordinator – Trucking Operations

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you would play a critical role in keeping our fleet moving safely and efficiently. This position is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our trucks and trailers are properly maintained and that any issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively. Your work directly impacts our service quality, driver satisfaction, and overall operational success.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Communicating with drivers to diagnose mechanical and equipment-related issues
• Coordinating repairs for trucks and trailers across the USA (both roadside and in-shop)
• Contacting repair shops and vendors to arrange maintenance and negotiate rates
• Finding the most efficient solutions in terms of time and cost
• Monitoring ongoing repairs and ensuring timely completion
• Providing drivers with clear instructions and updates regarding repairs
• Acting as a bridge between drivers, repair shops, and internal teams
• Handling breakdown situations and organizing immediate assistance
• Keeping detailed records of repairs, costs, and maintenance activities
• Identifying patterns in equipment failures and helping prevent future issues
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Data entry and system updates related to maintenance activities

Some of the requirements for the desired candidate are of the following::

• Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance for USA-based trucking companies
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure, especially in breakdown situations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Resourcefulness and a proactive mindset
• High level of responsibility and commitment to the job
