Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the technical condition, safety, and operational readiness of trucks and trailers operating across the United States, maintaining maximum fleet uptime and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities, including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to on-road breakdowns and accidents by coordinating roadside assistance, towing services, mobile mechanics, and the timely delivery of spare parts.
• Coordinate technical inspections, safety checks, and ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and all applicable road safety and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing activities.
  Communicate daily with authorized service centers, parts suppliers, insurance providers, and external vendors across the United States.
• Collaborate closely with the Safety Department regarding DOT findings, post-accident repairs, compliance matters, and incident investigations.
• Prepare and analyze detailed repair cost reports for accounting purposes, lease-to-purchase drivers, and overall fleet budgeting, while proposing cost-control and operational improvements to management.
• Develop training materials and guide drivers on conducting basic vehicle inspections and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
