We’re growing and looking for a reliable Maintenance Specialist to help keep our fleet running smoothly.

This is not a mechanic role. You won’t be turning wrenches — you’ll be coordinating, troubleshooting, and supporting drivers remotely when things go wrong on the road. If you stay calm under pressure and know how to get trucks back in service fast, you’ll fit right in.

This is a 100% in-office position with rotating shifts. Our trucks run 24/7, and our maintenance team does too — flexibility is key here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring truck status and helping troubleshoot issues remotely
• Communicating with drivers to understand and assess problems
• Finding and coordinating with repair shops, towing services, and mobile mechanics
• Handling emergency breakdowns and scheduling routine maintenance
• Working closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams
• Making sure maintenance stays compliant with DOT and company standards
• Logging and tracking all maintenance events in the system

• 1+ years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination
• Solid understanding of semi-truck systems and common issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on-site with rotating shifts
