Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to join our IMI team. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and technical systems. You will lead maintenance activities in a dynamic production environment, focusing on minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting operational excellence.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance engineers and technicians;
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and fast response to breakdowns to protect production targets;
• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance execution;
• Drive TPM implementation and support lean manufacturing initiatives;
• Conduct structured root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions;
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs;
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare regular performance reports;
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards;
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation;
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Required personal and professional skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Experience in leading and coordinating technical teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
