Manufacturing Lead Plant Intern

Job Description

Assist in the planning of production, testing, sampling (work steps, workflow, production facilities, measurements, data collection and time allocation)
Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions, technical specification, department reports
Cooperation with other departments regarding the quality, procurement, or technical department
Support in problem-solving and continuous improvements of manufacturing efficiency
Assist in equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality
Support with time schedules and production plans
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production and target achievements

Qualifications

Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy or similar field of study
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced knowledge of English
Fundamental knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of LEAN methodology and tools is considered an advantage
Proactive and structured work
Good organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
