Marketing Communications Executive

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Normann Engineering is a leading provider of components and innovative solutions for broadband operators across Europe, specializing in FttH, HFC, and other broadband networks. In addition to products, the company offers technical services like system integration, installation, and training.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Maintain and oversee company CI and marketing guidelines
• Drive and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, e-marketing, sales catalogues, sponsored articles).
• Maintain and create company’s collaterals and marketing material
• Independently and proactively gather e-marketing information from diverse sources.
• Maintain company’s website and customers self-service platform
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to refine and optimize strategies.
• Monitor market activities in media (competitors, producers, trends)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a corporate environment)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English writing skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CMS, email marketing tools).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
