Marketing Manager (60–100%) - German language required

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative communication, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads and Social Media Ads campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic
  • Create appealing content and visuals (graphic design skills required)
  • Contribute to our brand voice and marketing strategy across multiple channels

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
  • Good skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Good command of English, Serbian, and German (written & spoken)
  • Independent, structured, and proactive work style
  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail
