Marketing Manager

We are looking for the perfect Marketing Manager to help drive and implement our marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Key responsibilities 

• Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple digital channels (website, email, social media, landing pages, etc.)
• Request and manage the necessary databases and customer lists for campaign execution
• Update and maintain the marketing campaign and communication plan
• Produce clear and meaningful reports on results of campaigns and A/B tests
• Analyses on revenues and churn and competitors offers  
• Prepare pricing strategy and promotional offers
• Keep the marketing budget updated with the latest media spends
• Working closely with sales, product development, and senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Regularly updating website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaborating with web developers and designers to implement technical updates and new features.
• Managing the company blog, including content planning, writing, and scheduling regular posts.
• Optional, based on candidate interest and social media savviness: Manage social media channels and related content distribution (Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube…)

Desired qualifications and experience

• At least 4 years’ experience in a relevant marketing position
• Solid knowledge of campaign management tools
• Strong organizational skills and task orientation, with a keen eye for details
• Good understanding of creative and written marketing communication
• Eagerness to learn and help our marketing and product management colleagues
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Serbian native speaker, and fluent in English (written and spoken)
