The Role

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing infrastructure that powers our demand generation engine. You’ll ensure our suite of marketing, sales, and automation tools work seamlessly to deliver scalable, multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

System Setup & Integration

  • Own and configure the marketing technology stack for campaign execution
  • Build and manage integrations across platforms using workflow automation tools
  • Rapidly learn and implement new software as our stack evolves
  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations for accuracy and reliability

Campaign Enablement

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Strategists to operationalise campaign plans
  • Ensure data, tracking, and workflows are in place for timely campaign launches
  • Maintain accurate audience targeting and CRM management
  • Support the rollout of new platforms, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption

Data Management & Attribution

  • Oversee lead routing, list building, and data management to maintain high-quality prospect data
  • Manage CRM data hygiene and ensure campaigns are tracked at both company and contact levels
  • Enable attribution and reporting to demonstrate campaign impact and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for optimisation

Success Metrics

You will be accountable for:

  • Operational uptime: ensuring tools, workflows, and integrations function reliably
  • Campaign readiness: setting up campaigns quickly and accurately to meet launch deadlines
  • Data quality: maintaining clean, accurate CRM and campaign data
  • Attribution accuracy: enabling clear reporting of pipeline and revenue outcomes from campaigns
