Marketing Specialist – Balkans

Atmo Group, we currently have an open vacancy of the Marketing Specialist – Balkans (Based in Serbia) position;

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Marketing Support

• Collect, review, and communicate dealer marketing requests to HQ.
• Work with the Marketing Director to propose effective solutions for dealer demands.
• Monitor dealer marketing activities to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Agency & Influencer Coordination

• Coordinate with local agencies for influencer collaborations and content execution.
• Supervise deliverables from agencies and provide structured feedback to HQ.
• Ensure all influencer and PR activities comply with ATMO Group standards.

Regional Activities & Competitor Monitoring

• Track and report competitor marketing activities regularly.
• Support the planning and coordination of regional events, sponsorships, and product launches together with HQ.
• Assist in execution logistics and post-activity reporting.

Internal Communication & Reporting

• Act as a communication bridge between local dealers/agencies and ATMO HQ.
• Prepare structured reports on dealer activities, competitor actions, and regional developments.
• Escalate key issues, risks, or opportunities to the Director when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or public relations
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and agency management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills                                                                      
• Experienced in the automotive industry.                                                                                             
• Strong reporting and follow-up discipline
• Fluency in English (Serbian or other Balkan languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the region when required.
• Reliable and proactive — acts as a bridge, not as an independent decision-maker.
• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and follow-up habits.
• Culturally adaptable and capable of working across different Balkan markets.
• Collaborative team player, aligned with HQ’s strategic direction.
