Fiscal Solutions is an international IT company with its own product — a cloud-based software solution for fiscalization, recognized as one of the best in the market. We also provide consulting services related to fiscalization laws and regulations in 27 countries worldwide.

Our clients include top Tier 1 retailers such as Deichmann, Metro Cash & Carry, Jysk, and IKEA, as well as POS software vendors from around the world. The company has 60+ employees across several departments, including Development, Sales, Legal, Field & Repair, Marketing, Help Desk, and Administration.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across different channels
• Help create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and other promotional materials
• Take part in digital marketing activities with a strong focus on content and brand visibility
• Assist in organizing webinars, podcasts, digital events, and conference appearances
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help present our company culture in an authentic and professional way
• Support the planning and coordination of internal company events and initiatives
• Work closely with the Creative Director, HR, Sales, and other teams on communication and campaign-related activities
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across different touchpoints
• Track performance of activities and campaigns, and support improvement through insights and ideas
• Gradually take more ownership over marketing initiatives and projects

You’re a Fit If You:

• Are genuinely interested in marketing and already follow marketing topics, campaigns, trends, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, or creators
• Have an interest in digital marketing, especially content creation and communication
• Like writing, researching ideas, noticing what works in marketing, and thinking about how brands communicate
• Already share your thoughts in some way — through LinkedIn posts, blogs, personal content, university projects, portfolio work, or similar activities
• Want to build your career in B2B, IT, and digital marketing
• Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy coordinating tasks and collaborating with different teams
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Are proactive, practical, and eager to learn
• Feel comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, LinkedIn, email platforms, and webinar/event tools
