Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Belgrade and take ownership of marketing activities across the CEE region. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of brand, communication, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done while keeping the quality bar high.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a consistent, compelling presence for Mplus across the region.

• Drive regional marketing activities across the CEE market, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance
• Own social media strategy and execution for the entire CEE region, working in close collaboration with our agency partner
• Coordinate between HR, Marketing, and Agency teams to align messaging, campaigns, and timelines
• Support local internal events — from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution
• Source and manage promotional materials — researching suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery

What makes you a great candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Fluency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and copywriting skills — you write clearly, adapt your tone to the audience, and know how to make a message land
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:

• Experience in content creation — video creation or visuals
• Experience with graphic design tools – Canva/Figma/Photoshop
• Background in employer branding and/or internal communications
• Proficiency in German
• Previous experience in the BPO industry
