The Mühlbauer Group Serbia is growing! We are looking for a motivated middle specialist - senior mechanical designer engineer.

Main responsibilities:

• Independently design and develop complete assemblies and systems for new machine generations.
• Define design concepts, select materials, and ensure technical feasibility and compliance with standards.
• Lead and coordinate collaboration with internal experts from other departments.
• Carry out complex hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Plan, develop, and supervise test set-ups; evaluate results and implement improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Frequent travel to the headquarters in Roding, Germany, for project coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Mechanical designer or construction.
• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks and deep understanding of industrial machine design.
• Strong expertise in connection and assembly technologies.
• Proven experience in machine design and system integration.
• Analytical, innovative, and strategic thinking.
• Teamwork, leadership potential, and resilience under pressure.
• English language is required – professional level;
• German language is an advantage.
