Media Buyer (Meta and Google)

We are currently seeking an experienced Media Buyer (Meta and Google) to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Second Screen Digital. Second Screen Digital is a full-funnel, data-driven marketing agency providing a wide range of services - from paid search and social to content production, UGC, SEO, and website design.

As a Media Buyer, you will own budgets and continuously test and optimize conversion-focused campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
• Own performance against core KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume
• Build and iterate on structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages)
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and the creative team to improve performance
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in media buying
• Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms - mandatory
• Proven experience running conversion-based campaigns (lead gen, purchases, sign-ups, etc.)
• Experience with copywriting
• Hands-on experience managing budgets and optimizing toward strict KPI targets
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and basic ad ops (events, CAPI, tags)

Nice to have:

• Experience in native advertising (Outbrain, Taboola) and/or Amazon
• Experience with e-commerce and affiliate advertising
• Familiarity with advanced tracking setups (CAPI, GTM, enhanced conversions)
• Knowledge of ATRIA, Supermettrics, Triple Whale
